Access or Correct Your Data
Open the Nomii app → Profile > Settings > Privacy to review or edit your profile, avatar, default languages, and stored persona information. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@nomii.app with the email/phone tied to your account.
Download or Transfer Data
Request a portable export of your conversations, characters, and purchase history by emailing data-export@nomii.app. We will verify your identity and send a secure download link within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR/CCPA requirements.
Delete Your Account
- In-app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Email: account-removal@nomii.app with subject “Account Deletion”.
We will remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for billing or legal obligations.
Marketing Preferences
- Toggle marketing notifications inside the app under Settings → Notifications.
- Use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Nomii marketing email.
- Control push notifications via iOS Settings → Nomii → Notifications.
Analytics & Personalization Controls
- Disable personalized ads by using iOS Tracking permissions (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Restrict background data collection via iOS Settings → Nomii → Allow Nomii to Access.
- Within the Nomii app, toggle “Use conversation history to improve AI” under Settings → Privacy.
